Projects

Eight projects, 2014 to 2026, with the constraints and the costs left in.

Every one of these is written up the same way: what the client asked for, what made it difficult, what we did, what it cost, and what we would do differently. The cost figures are real ranges, not a single tempting number with the word from in front of it.

March 2026 £28,000 to £33,000

Eight projects: four homes, three small commercial spaces and one garden room, with build costs from £16,500 to £54,000. They are a selection from around sixty since 2013, chosen because each one turned on a constraint worth explaining.
